This soft velvet 90s/early00s minidress is in the most lush shade of peacock blue and it has lots of lustre and a bit of stretch. Really unusual shape and quite simply very sexy and eye-catching in its asymmetry and fabric.
Probably was a prom / cocktail trend piece circa 1998.
