A quirky and chic vintage 90s blouse by Rodier. Lightweight and flowy with spots that have a hand-drawn look make this more than your average polka dot top! Short collar, covered placket and tapered sleeves give it Parisienne whimsy and flair.
Fabric is lightweight crepe - no fibre labels but this might be a silk blend. There a tiny pull to the fabric surface 3.5 inches down from the collar, and 2.5 inches from the centre on the right side. This is not visible in pics. But I have priced it accordingly as slightly imperfect.
