This suit is labelled size small and fits UK 8-10
The bust is rather more generous than the bottom half due to the cut of the sleeves and neckline.
It stretches but the knit is sturdy. Zip front with her signature geometric pull.
Piriou was born in Quimper, France and rose to fame in the 1980s as a fashion and costume designer who combined French traditional styles with punk and postmodern ones.
She was known for body con suits and dresses, and I have not seen or heard of another jumpsuit, and pieces be her are rare on the whole due to her having died tragically of AIDS at age 31 in 1995.
Her work is in the collection of the V&A Museum and she was featured in an exhibition at the Contemporary art musuem of Quimper in 2012.
