This charming 1970s blouse has an allover repeat print of a little girl and a little lamb - post-impressionist style storybook art. I wondered if it might be a copy of work by a famous artist, but could not match the design. Nevertheless, part of the vogue for art-inspired conversational prints in the 70s. Dagger collar, and iridescent green buttons. This blouse has been handmade and some aspects of the sewing are less than perfect - or have been repaired - one tiny hole close to the hem in front- but overall it is in very good condition. Fabric is matte synthetic silk - probably a nylon blend. An undeniably unique piece that has 70s nostalgia, and timeless charm.
