The quintessential novelty 1970s shirt does exist! This cotton print (unisex) shirt features art nouveau poster style illustration taken from the promo images for Charlie Chaplin's 1915 short "On the Beach." A comedy short that purportedly has the first ever filming of the slipping on a banana gag! Definitely a conversational print, and also aligns with my penchant for seaside themes - and comedy.
This shirt is designed as menswear, but certainly is unisex. Dagger collar with stiffeners. Excellent condition. Really well crafted with the pattern matching across the placket.
