A most unique and whimsical vintage coat dress by Lydia de Roma (Lydia de Crescenzo) who set up her innovative business in Rome in 1961. This coat has a label with a style number 67, so presuming it was made in 1967, but it has a timeless charming style that is young and playful and sure to turn heads. Incidentally, 1967 was the same year that Lydia received the Neiman Marcus Fashion Award for producing "Italy's finest hand-embroidered play clothes."
Candy pink cotton canvas, simple shape coat dress with 3/4 sleeves and contrast leather patches on the shoulders and elbows. Contrast yellow buttons.
Company label in side seam, and the neck has a handwritten client label - with style 67/2, 100% cotton and made for Saint Amour. Size 42 (Equivalent to UK 8-10 today)
