This utterly delightful novelty print 1950s skirt features a border design of the Grand Canal, Venice, with all of the iconic elements - gondolas and gondoliers, bridges and gothic-windowed palazzi. Lovley palette of grey with olive, pink and orange. The skirt is pleated, with a side zipper and button in the waistband. Evidently home-sewn, with hand hemming on the waistband and machine hem at the lower edge. Side seams are pinked. Very good condition.
Waist measures 29 inches Length 25.5 inches
