Violet Reign Vintage is pleased to offer this rare authentic 1950s Tropic Lads shirt from the Men's Shop in Nassau, Bahamas. Features allover print of travel scenes, flowers and text. Apparently a rare design, and one that also exists with the label reading Barry's Men's Shop. A well-designed print, and from a well-reputed tourist shop in Nassau. Despite age, you can feel that this is high quality. Lovely cool rayon with nice drape.
Labelled Size M (Men's shirt, but unisex of course!) Measures 22 inches pit to pit Length 28 inches
Condition: Very good overall. All buttons present and seem to be the original. A few broken threads on the underarm topstitch on the right side. Small mark on back right (visible in photo). Might be removable with dry cleaning or hydrogen peroxide, but I did not want to risk damaging or fading, so selling as seen.
