A charming and unusual vintage silk crepe handkerchief with a finished loophole for holding on to. All edges including the hole are hand-rolled. The design is quirky and playful - Victorian men and women riding penny farthing bicycles, with a border of top hats all around. A real gem and a little treasure. Wonderful gift for cycling enthusiasts or collectors of vintage victoriana. Condition is fair as there are some small holes in the centre - which you can see in the photos. But still a lovely item, and can be mounted on calico for display so the holes are not visible. Measures 41cm x 41 cm
