Made in Taiwan by Artmark, and with the year 1986 written in pen on the base along with Made in Taiwan stickers. 

These are particularly skilfully painted in comparison to others i have seen pictured online. 

Colours applied gently and faces are sweet and subtle. 

These look lovely in modern interiors by contrast, and could be a quirky way to to decorate your bar or wine rack!
