Likely made by Vogel & Zappe glassworks in the style of Lalique's perfume bottles.
This is a lovely display piece or for use for special occasions.
Research into the design indicates that the original name of this set was Likör-Karaffe Frau mit Krinoline "the lady in a crinoline"

Good condition, but there are some minor chips. Stoppers; one has a small chip on the brow and "slice" off of interior stopper. The other has a small chip inside stopper. No chips on decanter bodies. One of the shot glasses have small chips on the rim.
